“Emonika is OTP Group’s major investment in Slovenia. It symbolises our respect to the Slovenian society and our deep belief in the future of the Slovenian economy. It also shows our commitment to fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. I am convinced that the project will create added value for the city and its residents, while also representing a significant step forward for the Slovenian real estate market, as there has never been a commercial real estate project of such complexity and scale in the capital.”

Sándor Csányi,
Chairman and CEO, OTP Group

Emonika rises from the storied grounds of ancient Emona, a remarkable testament to the legacy of the Roman Empire. Here, at the city's heart, the Forum served as a bustling epicentre of social, political, and economic life. Citizens and travellers alike gathered to enjoy cultural events, indulge in the comforts of the public baths, and engage in lively exchanges of goods and services.

Today Ljubljana's unique position at the crossroads of Europe serves as a vibrant hub, connecting the north and south, east and west. In the pulsating heart of Ljubljana, Emonika weaves a tapestry of heritage, innovation, and sustainability, placing residents in the midst of the city's cultural, business, and leisure activities while providing a tranquil haven to call home.

As the name suggests, the Triple Bridge, or Tromostovje in Slovenian, consists of three bridges over the Ljubljanica River. The Triple Bridge is located in the very centre of the city, in the pedestrian zone, and is Ljubljana’s most famous and popular bridge, one that’s always bustling with activity.

Tromostovje is the work of the famous Slovenian architect Jože Plečnik, and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. On the right bank of the river, the bridge is complemented by a small flower shop and is connected to the Ljubljana Central Market, which was also designed by Plečnik.

Enhancing the market's appeal is an array of restaurants and street food kiosks. The central market area boasts fresh Slovenian fruits and vegetables from local farmers alongside tropical fruits, balcony flowers, and seedlings.
