Ljubljana’s urban forum

The year is 22 AD and the Roman Empire is expanding throughout Europe. The newly constructed Amber Road connects the Baltics with the Adriatic region and it runs directly through the Roman town of Emona, in the middle of Europe. The central square is the beating heart of the city, it’s known as the Forum. Location, location

Emonika is located in the heart of Ljubljana City Centre, at the prime city intersections of Dunajska cesta, Vilharjeva cesta and Masarykova cesta. It offers excellent public transport links, situated directly adjacent to Ljubljana’s newly developed central station and bus terminal, Ljubljana’s largest transport nodes. The location itself is only a short walk to the old town, the famous Triple Bridge, the castle and most importantly government and city institutions. Emonika will cater to both local communities as well as domestic and international tourists and visitors. At Emonika it is all about the location, location, location!

Sustainability for our future

Sustainability is the priority for any development procured by OTP Real Estate Fund. Emonika, historically a brown field site, is being regenerated and transformed. It is going to be the first BREEAM “very good” certified mixed-use development in Ljubljana and a leading environmentally sustainable development in Slovenia.

BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method.

Emonika, with its BREEAM certification, significantly demonstrates its green and environmental credentials. This includes a social and economic sustainability performance.
