Ljubljana’s urban forum
The year is 22 AD and the Roman Empire is expanding throughout Europe. The newly constructed Amber Road connects the Baltics with the Adriatic region and it runs directly through the Roman town of Emona, in the middle of Europe. The central square is the beating heart of the city, it’s known as the Forum. Residents and travellers go there to enjoy cultural activities, indulge in baths and exchange gold, silver, bronze and copper for goods and services.
2000 years later on the grounds of Roman Emona the Slovenian capital Ljubljana sits. At its heart is Emonika. A modern development that will be a hub of activity. It offers retail and entertainment experiences, state of the art workplaces, a welcoming hotel and long stay apartments. It offers first class connectivity together with modern, stylish, urban places to live. It’s the heart of the city where life happens. It’s Ljubljana’s urban forum.
