Mendota Invest wins regional The! Award for the “The start of Emonika construction« project
»The start of Emonika construction« project has received the silver The! Award in the Event Communication category. The award is presented by the Croatian Public Relations Association (HUOJ), recognising outstanding communication projects and achievements by communications professionals across Southeast Europe.
From summer milestones to autumn progress on the Emonika construction site
Month by month, the construction of Emonika is increasingly transforming the area around Ljubljana’s main railway station. While passers-by can most easily follow the progress through the new floors and glass façade of the North Office Building, a significant amount of work is also taking place underground and behind the scenes – from complex structural works to the daily coordination of teams, material deliveries and different construction phases across the North and South sections of the complex.
Mendota Invest continues its support of handball club Krim OTP Group Mercator
Handball club Krim OTP Group Mercator presented its team for the 2026/27 season at Arena Stožice. The squad is young and ambitious, with a new season of challenges ahead, both at home and on the European stage. As the partnership continues, Mendota Invest, member of the OTP Group and investor of Emonika, one of the largest real estate projects in Ljubljana, remains part of the Krim family.
Summer campaign “The Heart of Emonika Is You” brings a personal touch to Ljubljana city centre
Last week, Emonika carried out its summer campaign “The Heart of Emonika Is You” in Ljubljana city centre, where passers-by received personalised bottles of water and were invited to take part in a brief interaction highlighting the importance of community in shaping the city’s new urban centre. The campaign took place across several locations, with promoters offering visitors not only a refreshing drink but also a personalised message.
Project “The Start of Emonika Construction” Receives the Prizma Award for Excellence in Communication Programmes
Mendota Invest, part of the OTP Group and the lead investor behind the Emonika development, has received the Prizma Award for the project “The Start of Emonika Construction”. The Prizma Award, presented by the Slovenian Public Relations Society (PRSS), is the national professional award recognising excellence in public relations and communication programmes. The awards ceremony took place as part of the 27th Slovenian Public Relations Conference, held on 21 May 2026 in Portorož.
