The award-winning project marked the official start of construction of Emonika, one of the most significant development projects in the heart of Ljubljana. Its aim was to bring this important milestone closer to the wider public and highlight Emonika’s role in the future development of the capital. 

To mark the occasion, we combined a morning ceremonial groundbreaking event for key stakeholders with a free evening concert in the heart of Ljubljana, bringing the celebration of the construction launch closer to the city’s residents and visitors. Through thoughtful planning and comprehensive communications support, the event went beyond a traditional groundbreaking ceremony, creating an opportunity to bring the city and its people together. 

The silver The! Award is the second major industry recognition for this project, which previously received the national Prizma Award for excellence in communication programmes. Both awards confirm the success of our approach to positioning Emonika, from the very start of construction, as part of the wider story of Ljubljana’s development.
